Tadic case: update, revised composition of the Appeals Chamber.

 

In a Order of 18 June 1997 revising his previous Order of 16 June (see Press Release 215), President Antonio Cassese assigned the following Judges to sit on the Appeals Chamber for the purpose of hearing the appeals lodged by the Prosecutor and the Accused against the "Judgment and Opinion" handed down by Trial Chamber II on 7 May 1997:

- Judge Haopei Li
- Judge Elizabeth Odio Benito
- Judge Fouad Riad
- Judge Mohamed Shahabuddeen
