The Trial Chamber ruled on 29 November 2007 to accept the defence motions to provisionally release Jadranko Prlić, Bruno Stojić, Slobodan Praljak, Milivoj Petković, Valentin Ćorić and Berislav Pušić during the Tribunal's upcoming winter recess. The Trial Chamber decided to keep the dates and the specific terms and conditions confidential.


In the Prlić et al. case, six high-level leaders of the Bosnian Croat wartime entity Herceg-Bosna are on trial for their alleged responsibility for war crimes against Bosnian Muslims and other non-Croats from areas in south-western and central Bosnia and Herzegovina . The indictment focuses on alleged crimes committed in the municipalities of Prozor, Gornji Vakuf, Jablanica,
Mostar, Ljubuški, Stolac, Čapljina and Vareš.


The Trial started on 26 April 2006 , with the anticipated conclusion of the Prosecution's case on 24 January 2008 . There is a Pre-Defence Conference scheduled for 13 March 2008 with the Defence's case set to commence 17 March 2008 .
