Nerma Jelačić, Spokesperson for Registry and Chambers, made the following statement:

Good afternoon,

I’ll turn straight to the upcoming schedule:

With regard to proceedings in the case of Momčilo Perišić, the Pre-Defence Conference will resume this afternoon at 14:15 in Courtroom I. Timings for the start of the Defence case will be determined by the Trial Chamber in due course.

Second, a reminder that in the case of Radovan Karadžić, a hearing will be held on Monday, 15 February at 9:30 in Courtroom III. Representatives of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Germany, France, The Netherlands, and Iran are to be heard regarding a series of documents sought by the Accused. Following the disclosure of a number of documents by the Government of Italy, the Accused has requested that representatives of Italy be excused from attending the hearing.

A Status Conference in the case of Ljube Boškoski and Johan Tarčulovski will be held on Friday 19 February 2010 at 14:15 in Courtroom I.

Moving now to the regular court schedule, hearings in the case of Vojislav Šešelj will resume next Tuesday, 16 February at 9:00 in Courtroom III.

Proceedings in the trials of Prlić and others, Jovica Stanišić and Franko Simatović, Vlastimir Ðorđević as well as Mićo Stanišić and Stojan Župljanin continue this week and next as scheduled.
