CASE No. IT-94-1-T / DEFENDANT: Mr. Dusko Tadic. UPDATE-4.

On 3 July 1995 the Counsels of the Defendant filed one preliminary motion to suppress the production of evidence obtained from the accused by the authorities of the Federal Republic of Germany.

In this motion the defence requests "to deny the Prosecution of any statement obtained from the accused on the occasion of an interview by the authorities of the Federal Republic of Germany as evidence in the case against the accused", and "to deny the Prosecution of any letter obtained from the accused by confiscation by the authorities of the Federal Republic of Germany, as evidence in the case against the accused".

The Prosecutor has been given by the Trial Chamber II until 28 July 1995 to file its response to the above-mentioned motion, of which the full text is hereinafter published.
