CELEBICI CASE: NEW CO-COUNSEL APPOINTED FOR DEFENDANT MUCIC

At the request of Mr. Branislav Tapuskovic, lead Defence counsel for Defendant MUCIC, an attorney from Great Britain, Mr. Michael Greaves, has been assigned as co-counsel as of Tuesday 18 March 1997.

Mr. Michael GREAVES replaces Ms. Mira Tapuskovic who had been assigned as co-counsel on 10 December 1996.

In his request, filed with the Registry on 13 March 1997, Mr. Tapuskovic pointed out that "the accused Zdravko MUCIC himself requested that an attorney experienced in Anglo-Saxon law be involved in his defence".
