CELEBICI CASE:


THE JUDGEMENT WILL BE ANNOUNCED ON 16 NOVEMBER 1998


Trial Chamber II-quater, consisting of Judge Adolphus Karibi-Whyte (presiding), Judge Elizabeth Odio Benito and Judge Saad Saood Jan, will hand down its judgement on Monday 16 November 1998 at 10 a.m, pursuant to article 23 of the Statute and rule 98ter of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence.


In accordance with rule 87 (C) of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence, the Chamber will render one combined Judgement, not only determining whether the accused are innocent or guilty but also, if the accused are found guilty of some or all of the charges brought against them, imposing sentence.
