The transfer of Kunarac to Germany is due to an ad hoc agreement concluded by the Registrar which enables Kunarac to serve his sentence there. This is the second such agreement between the ICTY and the Federal Republic of Germany, the first being the transfer of Dusko Tadic on 31 October 2000.
