MILAN MILUTINOVIC, NIKOLA SAINOVIC, DRAGOLJUB OJDANIC AND VLADIMIR LAZAREVIC PROVISIONALLY RELASED




Today, 15 April 2005, Milan Milutinovic, Nikola Sainovic, Dragoljub Ojdanic and Vladimir Lazarevic were provisionally released, following Decisions handed down by Trial Chamber III on 14 April 2005.


The Decisions to provisionally release Milan Milutinovic, Nikola Sainovic and Dragoljub Ojdanic had been stayed for 24 hours at the request of the Prosecution, pending appeals of the Trial Chamber’s Decisions. Following the Prosecution’s subsequent decision not to file any appeals, arrangements were put in place for the swift provisional release of all four accused.
