Completion of Sentence by Dragoljub Prcac

 

On 3 March 2005, the Deputy Registrar issued a notification confirming that Dragoljub Prcac will have served his full sentence as of 4 March 2005 and informing the President that the necessary arrangements for his release from custody in the Detention Unit would be made. Dragoljub Prcac has now been released.

In his notification, the Deputy Registrar noted that Mr. Prcac was transferred to the International Tribunal on 5 March 2000, was sentenced on 2 November 2001 to five year’s imprisonment, and that this sentence was confirmed by the Appeals Chamber on 28 February 2005.
