TRIAL CHAMBER I (hereinafter "the Trial Chamber") of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 (hereinafter "the Tribunal"),
PURSUANT to Rule 64 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence,
CONSIDERING that the indictment was confirmed by Judge Fouad Riad on 21 May 2001,
CONSIDERING that Rahim Ademi was transferred to the Tribunal on 25 July 2001,
CONSIDERING that the initial appearance of Rahim Ademi is scheduled for 26 July 2001,
ORDER that Rahim Ademi be remanded in custody and instruct the Commander of the United Nations Detention Unit to hold the accused in detention until further order.
