Trial Chamber I, (hereinafter "the Trial Chamber") of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 (hereinafter "the Tribunal"),
CONSIDERING the request of several press attachés,
PURSUANT to Rule 81(D) of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence,
ORDERS that, subject to any other Decision of the Trial Chamber, the audio-visual recordings of all the hearings in this case, as provided by the Registry of the Tribunal, may be distributed to the media.
