I, Gabrielle Kirk McDonald, President of the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia ("the International Tribunal"),

NOTING the motion filed by the Prosecutor on 6 November 1998 seeking an appeal in the case IT-95-14/1-T, Prosecutor v. Zlatko Aleksovski against the Decisions of Trial Chamber I of 22 October 1998 and 3 November 1998 admitting further defence evidence and denying the Prosecutor’s motion to admit further evidence in reply ("the Request for leave to appeal"),

NOTING that Judges Vohrah and Nieto-Navia are disqualified by virtue of Rule 15 (D)(i) from sitting as members of the Appeals Chamber in this case,

NOTING ALSO that Judge Shahabuddeen has by his memorandum dated 13 November 1998 asked to withdraw from the Appeals Chamber in this case,

HAVING CONSULTED the Judges of the International Tribunal, and

CONSIDERING Article 14 of the Statute and Rule 27 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the Tribunal,

HEREBY ASSIGN Judge David Anthony Hunt to the Appeals Chamber for this case and

FURTHER ASSIGN the following Judges to the bench of the Appeals Chamber provided for under Rule 73 for the purpose of examining the Request for leave to appeal:
