THIS TRIAL CHAMBER of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("Tribunal"),

BEING SEIZED of a “Motion of the Accused Josip Jovic for Extension of Time”, filed on 20 June 2006 by Josip Jovic (“Motion”),

CONSIDERING that the Motion seeks an extension of time until 26 June 2006, for the Accused to file his pre-trial brief and his lists of witnesses and exhibits, as well as to provide the Office of the Prosecutor ("Prosecution") with copies of those exhibits, as previously ordered by the Trial Chamber,

CONSIDERING that the Prosecution filed its amended Indictment against the Accused on 15 June 2006,

PURSUANT TO Rule 54 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the Tribunal,

HEREBY GRANTS the Motion and ORDERS the Accused Josip Jovic to file: his pre-trial brief; his proposed list of witnesses, identified by name or pseudonym; a summary of the facts on which each witness will testify; the points in the Indictment as to which each witness will testify; an indication of whether each witness will testify in person or pursuant to Rule 92 bis; the estimated length of time required for each witness; and a list of exhibits that he intends to offer, by 26 June 2006, and to provide copies to the Prosecution of these exhibits by that date.
