CONSIDERING Rules 54 and 67 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence,
CONSIDERING the Motion of the Prosecutor for protective measures and a special request for a hearing dated 5 June 1997,
CONSIDERING the Motion of the Prosecutor for a video deposition and protective measures dated 10 June 1997,
CONSIDERING the observations of the Defence in respect of the aforementioned Motions dated 13 and 17 June 1997,
DECIDES
FIRST, that an in camera hearing will be held on Monday, 23 June 1997 at 9.30 am regarding
- measures for the protection of certain witnesses
- measures for the taking of a deposition;
SECOND, that the person cited by the Prosecutor in her Request is authorised to address the Trial Chamber or to file a brief with the said Chamber;
THIRD, that the trial of the accused Tihomir Blaskic will begin on Tuesday, 24 June 1997 at 9.30 am.
