THIS TRIAL CHAMBER of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("International Tribunal"),

HAVING BEEN ASSIGNED to the case Prosecutor v. Miroslav Bralo, by an "Order Assigning a Case to a Trial Chamber," issued by the President of the International Tribunal on 27 September 2005,

NOTING that the accused Miroslav Bralo entered a guilty plea on 19 July 2005 before Trial Chamber I, and that Trial Chamber I instructed the Prosecution and the Defence to file their Sentencing Briefs by 16 September 2005, and scheduled a Sentencing Hearing for 10 October 2005,

NOTING that the Prosecution and the Defence were later granted extensions of time to file their Sentencing Briefs, until 30 September 2005,

NOTING ALSO the "Scheduling Order for a Sentencing Hearing" issued by Trial Chamber I on 14 September 2005, setting the Sentencing Hearing for Monday 10 October 2005 at 9:00 a.m,

BEING SEIZED OF a "Confidential Emergency Motion for Extension of Time within which to File Miroslav Bralo’s Sentencing Brief," filed on 28 September 2005 ("Motion"), in which the Defence requests an extension of time in which to file its Sentencing Brief,

PURSUANT TO Rules 54 and 62 bis of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the International Tribunal,

HEREBY CANCELS the Sentencing Hearing scheduled for Monday 10 October,

GRANTS the Motion in part and ORDERS the Prosecution and the Defence to submit their Sentencing Briefs by Monday 10 October 2005,

SCHEDULES the Sentencing Hearing for Thursday 20 October 2005, commencing at

3:30 p.m., and continuing on Friday 21 October 2005 as necessary,

DENIES all remaining requests in the Motion.
