THE APPEALS CHAMBER of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("International Tribunal");

NOTING the Judgement rendered in this case by Trial Chamber II on 1 September 2004 ("Judgement");

NOTING the Notice of Appeal filed on 1 October 2004 by the Appellant, Radoslav Brdjanin;

NOTING the Appeals Chamber’s Decision of 4 October 2004, which stated that the Appellant would be entitled to file a supplemental Notice of Appeal after receiving the B/C/S translation of the Judgement;

NOTING that the B/C/S translation was delivered to the Appellant on 7 April 2005;

BEING SEISED OF Brdjanin’s Motion for Leave to File Attached Supplemental Notice of Appeal ("Motion"), filed 20 May 2005;

NOTING that the Prosecution does not oppose this Motion;1

HEREBY GRANTS the Motion.
