I, Claude Jorda, President of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 (hereinafter "the International Tribunal"),

NOTING the Request to appeal against the Decision of 9 March 2000 (hereinafter "the Request") filed by Momir Talic on 17 March 2000 and the Prosecution’s Response to the Request to appeal against the Decision of 9 March 2000 filed by the Office of the Prosecutor on 21 March 2000,

NOTING the Order of 24 March 2000 for the assignment of Judges to a bench of the Appeals Chamber,

CONSIDERING that Judge Fausto Pocar has withdrawn from the appellate hearing pursuant to Rule 15 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the International Tribunal (hereinafter "the Rules"),

PURSUANT to Article 14(3) of the Statute and Sub-rule 27(C) of the Rules,

HAVING CONSULTED the Judges of the International Tribunal,

FOR THE FOREGOING REASONS,

DECIDE to assign Judge Mohamed Shahabuddeen to the bench of the Appeals Chamber called to rule on the Request for leave to appeal,

CONFIRM that in the case IT-99-36-AR72.2, The Prosecutor v. Radoslav Brdjanin and Momir Talic, the Appeals Chamber bench shall be composed as follows:
