I, Mohamed Shahabuddeen, Vice-President of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("International Tribunal"),

ACTING pursuant to Rule 21 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the International Tribunal in the absence of the President,

NOTING the transfer of accused Radislav Brdanin to the seat of the International Tribunal on 6 July 1999,

IN ACCORDANCE WITH Rule 62 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the International Tribunal,

HEREBY DECIDE to assign the case relating to the accused to Trial Chamber II, composed of:
