JUDGE AGIUS: I thank you. And good afternoon to you.

Appearances for General Talic.

MR. ZECEVIC: Good afternoon, Your Honours. Slobodan Zecevic,

Natasha Ivanovic-Fauveau for General Talic.

[Trial Chamber and legal officer confer]

JUDGE AGIUS: Once more, I'm sorry for starting late, but it was

beyond our control. Things happen sometimes.

Yes. Let's -- are there any preliminaries that you would like to

raise?

MR. ACKERMAN: Your Honour, I only have a question. And I've not

directly asked this of the Prosecutor because I thought it probably ought

to be information we should all share. Because of the now again changing

that this particular witness will not be here this week, are we going to

stay on the new list, or will we go back to the original list? Does

anybody know that?

MR. CAYLEY: That I will discuss with my colleagues and I'll get

back to Mr. Ackerman before the end of the week. I think actually the

last discussion I had the order may change.

JUDGE AGIUS: I thank you, Mr. Cayley. Yes, I'm sure you will

come back to us on that. Yes. Thank you.

Anything else? Then I suppose we can draw the curtains down and

bring in the witness. Thank you.
