6 please call the case.

7 THE REGISTRAR: Thank you. Good afternoon, Your Honours. Good

9 The Prosecutor versus Rasim Delic.

10 JUDGE MOLOTO: Thank you very much. Could we have the

12 MR. MUNDIS: Thank you, Mr. President. Good afternoon,

13 Your Honours, counsel, everyone in and around the courtroom. Aditya Menon

14 and Daryl Mundis for the Prosecution, assisted by our case manager

15 Alma Imamovic-Ivanov.

16 JUDGE MOLOTO: Thank you very much and for the Defence.

17 MS. VIDOVIC: [Interpretation] Good afternoon, Your Honours, good

18 afternoon to my colleagues from the Prosecution, to everyone in and around

19 the courtroom. Vasvija Vidovic and Nicholas Robson representing

20 General Rasim Delic, with our legal assist Lana Deljkic.

23 MR. MUNDIS: Thank you, Mr. President the Prosecution has for the

24 reasons outlined in our motion filed on 11 January 2008, no witnesses to

25 produce today. My understanding is that the Defence perhaps would be in a

2 that any discussion concerning the matters in our motion of 11 January

3 2008, as filed be dealt with in private session.
