I, THEODOR MERON, President of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia Since 1991,
NOTING Miroslav Deronjic’s "Urgent Request for Continuance of Time-Limit to File a Notice of Appeal," filed on 14 April 2004;
CONSIDERING the composition of the Appeals Chamber of the Tribunal as set out in Document IT/222, dated 17 November 2003;
CONSIDERING Articles 12(3) and 14(3) of the Statute of the Tribunal;
NOTING Artilce 14(2) of the Statute, which provides that the President of the Tribunal is ex officio the Presiding Judge of the Appeals Chamber;
HEREBY ORDER that in Case No. IT-02-61-A, The Prosecutor v. Miroslav Deronjic, the Appeals Chamber shall be composed, with immediate effect, as follows:
