18             THE REGISTRAR:  Your Honours, we're back in open session.

19             MR. DJURDJIC: [Interpretation] My apologies.

20             Your Honour, we will abide by what we have told you.  Depending

21     on the pace of witnesses, we will inform you of those whom we do not

22     intend to call, and we will stay within the limits planned by the Chamber

23     for our case.  I have two witnesses left; after which we will let you

24     know how many witnesses we won't be calling because by this time we have

25     covered certain areas.  We'll drop a number of witnesses so as not to

2     expectations in terms of our efficiency and the close of our case.

3             JUDGE PARKER:  Thank you for that, Mr. Djurdjic.  We will proceed

4     on the basis then that we can be confident that the case will finish by

5     the end of April.  My calculations have taken us into July on the rate of

6     progress of the last recent times.

7             We will now adjourn until Monday.

 8                           --- Whereupon the hearing adjourned at 2.04 p.m.

9                           to be reconvened on Monday, the 8th day of
