8 This is the case IT-04-75-T, the Prosecutor versus Goran Hadzic.

10 starting with the Prosecution.
11 MR. STRINGER: Good morning, Mr. President, Your Honours. For
12 the Prosecution, Douglas Stringer, Matthew Olmsted, Case Manager
13 Thomas Laugel, and legal intern Morvarid Bagheri.

15 MR. ZIVANOVIC: Good morning, Your Honours. For the Defence of
16 Goran Hadzic, Zoran Zivanovic and Christopher Gosnell. Thank you.
17 JUDGE DELVOIE: Thank you. Before we call the next witness in,
18 there's a short oral ruling about the Prosecution motion for extension of
19 time to submit additional documentation demonstrating that
20 Witnesses GH-079 and GH-142 are unavailable pursuant to Rule 92 quater
21 filed on the 11th of June, 2013. The Defence objected to the motion in
22 its response filed on the same day, arguing that the Prosecution has not
23 shown that it acted with due diligence. Also, on the 11th of June,
24 Prosecution indicated in court that it has now received the requested
25 material in relation to Witness GH-079. The Prosecution submitted this

1 material for filing on the same day, in accordance with the original
2 deadline.
3 The Chamber considers that extending the deadline related to
4 GH-142 as requested will not unduly prejudice the Defence.
5 The motion is hereby granted.
6 For the next witness, we go into closed session, please.
