6 call the case.

7 THE REGISTRAR: Your Honours, case number IT-01-47-T, the

8 Prosecutor versus Enver Hadzihasanovic and Amir Kubura.

9 JUDGE ANTONETTI: [Interpretation] Thank you.

10 Could we have the appearances for the Prosecution.

11 MR. MUNDIS: Good morning, Mr. President, Your Honours, Counsel,

12 and everyone in and around the courtroom. For the Prosecution, Tecla

13 Henry-Benjamin, Daryl Mundis, and the case manager, Andres Vatter.

14 JUDGE ANTONETTI: [Interpretation] Thank you. PAnd the

15 appearances for the Defence, who are all present now.

16 MS. RESIDOVIC: [Interpretation] Good morning, Mr. President.

17 Good morning, Your Honours. On behalf of General Enver Hadzihasanovic,

18 Edina Residovic, counsel; Stephane Bourgon, co-counsel; and our legal

19 assistant, Muriel Cauvin will joint the Defence team later. Thank you.

20 JUDGE ANTONETTI: [Interpretation] And the other Defence team?

21 MR. IBRISIMOVIC: [Interpretation] Good morning, Your Honours. On

22 behalf of Mr. Kubura, Rodney Dixon, Fahrudin Ibrisimovic, and Nermin

23 Mulalic, our legal assistant.

24 JUDGE ANTONETTI: [Interpretation] The Trial Chamber would like to

25 greet everyone present, members of the Prosecution, Defence, the accused,

2 We are back in this courtroom, and it is more agreeable than

3 Courtroom II. Nevertheless, I note that our model is no longer here. I

4 don't know what has happened to it. But since we don't need it today, we

5 could do without it for the time being.

6 We'll now continue with examining the witness. I have a few

7 questions for the witness, and then I will give the floor to the

8 Prosecution. If neither of the parties would like to make any comments

9 now, we will bring the witness into the courtroom.

10 And we'll go into closed session.
