I, THEODOR MERON, President of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("International Tribunal"),

NOTING the resignation of Judge György Szénási, a member of the Trial Chamber in this case, effective 30 May 2005;

NOTING that the Trial Chamber has advised that both parties consent to the continuation of the proceedings with a new judge;

NOTING the composition of the Trial Chambers as set out in document IT/228, issued on 7 June 2004;

PURSUANT TO Rule 15 bis (C) of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the Tribunal;

HEREBY ASSIGN, with immediate effect, Judge Florence Mumba to replace Judge György Szénási in the present case;

AND DETERMINE that the Trial Chamber in case IT-01-48-T, Prosecutor v. Sefer Halilovic, shall now be composed as follows:
