TRIAL CHAMBER I, SECTION A, ("Trial Chamber") of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("Tribunal"),

NOTING the Trial Chamber’s Decision on Motion for Provisional Release, filed on 1 September 2005 ("Decision on Provisional Release"), wherein the Trial Chamber ordered the provisional release of Sefer Halilovic at the latest from 5 September until 7 November 2005,

CONSIDERING the Scheduling Order of 28 October 2005, wherein the Trial Chamber ordered that the Judgement in this case shall be delivered on Wednesday, 16 November 2005,

PURSUANT TO Rule 54 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence,

HEREBY ORDERS Sefer Halilović to return on 14 November 2005 to the United Nations Detention Unit under the terms and conditions set out in the Decision on Provisional Release.
