THE APPEALS CHAMBER of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("the International Tribunal");

NOTING the "Prosecution’s Notice of Appeal", filed by the Prosecution on 21 October 1999, the "Notice of Cross-Appeal", filed by the Defence for Goran Jelisic on 26 October 1999, the "Notice of Appeal", filed by the Defence for Goran Jelisic on 15 December 1999 and the briefs subsequently filed by the parties;

PURSUANT to Rule 107 and Rule 114 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the International Tribunal;

HEREBY ORDERS that the oral hearing of the Appeal shall take place on Thursday 22 February 2001, commencing at 10.00 a.m.;

AND FURTHER ORDERS that the parties file public versions by Thursday 15 February 2001 of the following confidential documents: i) "Appellant’s Brief on Appeal against Sentence", filed 7 August 2000, ii) "Respondent’s Brief of the Prosecution", filed 6 September 2000, iii) "Appellant’s Reply to Prosecution Respondent’s Brief", filed 6 October 2000.
