I, Lal Chand Vohrah, Judge of the International Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia ("the International Tribunal"), in Chambers,

NOTING the original indictment against Goran Jelisic and Ranko Cesic, confirmed on 21 July 1995,

NOTING the decision of Trial Chamber I granting leave on 12 May 1998 to amend the indictment on the Prosecutor’s motion for leave to amend the indictment and the amended indictment, filed on 13 May 1998,

CONSIDERING a subsequent motion of the Prosecutor for leave to amend the amended indictment and the proposed second amended indictment, both filed on 28 September 1998, and the corrigendum to the proposed second amended indictment, filed on 29 September 1998,

PURSUANT to Article 19 of the Statute of the International Tribunal and Rules 47 and 50(A) of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the International Tribunal,

GRANT leave to amend the amended indictment in the subsequent motion, and

CONFIRM the second amended indictment in respect of each and every count therein.
