NOTING the Application for Leave to Pursue an Interlocutory Appeal of the Trial Chamber’s 25 June 1999 Decision Stating Reasons for Trial Chamber’s Ruling of 1 June 1999 Rejecting Defense Motion to Suppress Evidence ("Application"), filed by Defence Counsel for Dario Kordic ("the Appellant") on 2 July 1999,

NOTING the Order of the President for the Assignment of Judges to a Bench of the Appeals Chamber of 26 July 1999,

ORDERS as follows:

  1. The Office of the Prosecutor shall submit a written brief in response by 5 August 1999,
  2. The Appellant may submit a written brief in reply within four days of filing of the Prosecution’s written brief in response,

The Bench of the Appeals Chamber may thereafter decide the Application without further submissions from the parties.
