I, Claude Jorda, President of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the former Yugoslavia since 1991 (hereinafter the "International Tribunal"),

NOTING the Prosecutor’s Request for leave to file a supplementary response to new facts raised by the accused Dario Kordic in his reply filed on 6 April 2000,

NOTING the Decision of 28 April 2000 on the Application for leave to appeal and on the Request for leave to file a supplementary response,

CONSIDERING that Article 12(B) of the Statute of the International Tribunal (hereinafter "the Statute") provides that five Judges shall serve in the Appeals Chamber,

PURSUANT to Article 14(3) of the Statute and Rule 27 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence (hereinafter "the Rules"),

HAVING CONSULTED the Judges of the International Tribunal,

FOR THE FOREGOING REASONS,

ORDER that, subject to the provisions of Sub-rule 22(B) of the Rules, the Appeals Chamber in the case IT-95-14/2-AR73.6, The Prosecutor v. Dario Kordic and Mario Cerkez shall be composed as follows:
