THIS TRIAL CHAMBER of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("the International Tribunal"),

CONSIDERING the Status Conference held in these proceedings on 20 January 2000, at which agreement was reached with respect to the timetabling of several outstanding matters,

NOTING that the Status Conference was held before Judge May and Judge Bennouna pursuant to Rule 65 bis,

HEREBY ORDERS as follows:

(1) With respect to the request for admission of documents concerning international armed conflict proposed by the Office of the Prosecutor ("OTP"), the Defence for Dario Kordic and for Mario Cerkez ("the Defence") will provide their written responses by 15 February 2000;

(2) With respect to the tape of a conversation between the accused, Dario Kordic, and Tohimir Blaskic, raised by the OTP:

(a) the OTP will produce the tape to the Defence by 21 January 2000;

(b) the Defence will respond as to the admissibility of the tape by 27 January 2000; and

(c) argument regarding the admissibility of the tape will be heard during week commencing 31 January 2000 (30 - 45 minutes);

(3) With respect to the OTP request for the admission of outstanding OTP exhibits by consent:

(a) the OTP will provide all exhibits by 28 January 2000; and

(b) the Defence will respond within 14 days indicating what exhibits are admitted and what exhibits are not admitted;

(4) With respect to the status of the "village dossiers":

(a) the OTP will provide all outstanding dossiers upon which it intends to rely by 31 January 2000; and

(b) argument regarding admissibility of the material will be heard on 14 February 2000 (1 hour);

(5) With respect to the Defence objections to the admission of OTP core documents, filed by the Kordic Defence on 6 July 1999, the parties are to agree to a bundle of core documents for admission and notify the Trial Chamber accordingly;

(6) With regard to the Defence challenge to testimony of witnesses Beese and Cigar, argument will be heard on 28 January 2000 (45 minutes);

(7) A pre-Defence Conference will be heard on 16 February 2000 at 4.15 pm (30 minutes)
