THIS TRIAL CHAMBER of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("the International Tribunal"),
BEING SEISED of "The Accused Mario Cerkezs Application for Extension of the Time Defined by the Trial Chambers Scheduling Order of 23 February 200 under Item (3)(a)(b)(c)", filed on behalf of the accused Mario Cerkez on 3 April 2000 ("the Application"), requesting an extension of time of fourteen days in which to file the defence witness and exhibit lists and witness summaries,
CONSIDERING the reasons given in support of the Application,
PURSUANT TO Rule 127 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the International Tribunal,
HEREBY GRANTS the Application and ORDERS as follows:
The Defence for the accused Mario Cerkez shall:
file its full witness list and exhibit list by Thursday 27 April 2000;
file half of the witness summaries for the witnesses it intends to call, including all witnesses it intends to call in the first six weeks of its case, by Tuesday 2 May 2000; and
file the remainder of the witness summaries for the witnesses it intends to call by Tuesday 23 May 2000;
