THIS TRIAL CHAMBER of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("the International Tribunal"),

BEING SEISED OF an oral request made by the Defence for Dario Kordic to lift the provisions of an "Order on Prosecutor’s Request for Protective Measures Regarding a Document", issued by the Trial Chamber on 12 October 2000, directing the Defence, until further order, not to disclose to a certain named individual the existence or the contents of a document ("the Report") to be served by the Office of the Prosecutor ("Prosecution") on the Defence and to restrict access to the Report to the accused and designated counsel,

CONSIDERING that the protection granted by the Order of 12 October 2000 is no longer necessary,

PURSUANT TO Rule 54 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the International Tribunal,

HEREBY VACATES its Order of 12 October 2000.
