THIS TRIAL CHAMBER of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("the International Tribunal"),
BEING SEISED of a confidential "Prosecutors Motion for Protective Measures" filed by the Office of the Prosecutor ("Prosecution") on 21 April 1999 ("the Motion") seeking certain protective measures in respect of the witness identified in the Motion,
HAVING HEARD the arguments of the parties in respect of the witness in a closed session hearing on 09 June 1999,
CONSIDERING that the relief requested by the Prosecution in the Motion is appropriate for the privacy and protection of the witness but is still consistent with the rights of the accused,
HAVING GRANTED THE MOTION orally on 09 June 1999,
PURSUANT TO Rule 75 of the Rules,
HEREBY CONFIRMS THE ORDERS as follows:
