THIS TRIAL CHAMBER of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("International Tribunal"),
BEING SEISED of a "Joint Request to File Sentencing Briefs on 22 November 2002" filed on 25 October 2002 ("Joint Request") by the Office of the Prosecutor ("Prosecution") and counsel for the accused, Biljana Plavsic, ("the Defence"),
NOTING the Scheduling Order issued by the Trial Chamber on 10 October 2002 requiring the Prosecution to file its sentencing brief and statements of witnesses on whom it intends to rely by 6 November 2002 and for the Defence to file its Sentencing Brief and statements of witnesses on whom it intends to rely by 27 November 2002,
CONSIDERING the reasons given by the parties in support of the Joint Request.
PURSUANT TO Rule 127 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the International Tribunal
HEREBY GRANTS the Joint Request and ORDERS that both parties shall file their sentencing briefs and statements of witnesses on whom they intend to rely no later than Friday 22 November 2002.
