5 JUDGE ORIE: Good afternoon to everyone in the courtroom and those
6 just outside the courtroom assisting us.
7 Mr. Registrar, would you please call the case.
8 THE REGISTRAR: Good afternoon, Your Honours. This is case number
9 IT-00-39-T, the Prosecutor versus Momcilo Krajisnik.
10 JUDGE ORIE: We finished yesterday in closed session. We opened
11 today in open session, but not for a long time, since protective measures
12 are in effect in respect of the next witness to testify, and that
13 testimony will be received through means of videolink under Rule 71 bis of
14 the Rules of Procedure and Evidence.
15 Is there anything we should discuss at this moment in open court?
16 If not, I'll ask the usher to let the curtains down, and at the same time,
17 ask Mr. Registrar whether the videolink is effective
