I, David Anthony HUNT, Judge of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991;

NOTING Rule 66(A)(ii) of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence ("Rules") which requires that within thirty days of the initial appearance of the accused the Prosecutor make available to the defence, in a language understood by the accused, copies of the supporting material which accompanied the indictment when confirmation was sought as well as all prior statements obtained by the Prosecutor from the accused;

NOTING Rule 67(A)(i) which requires that as early as reasonably practicable and in any event prior to the commencement of the trial, the Prosecutor shall notify the defence of the names of witnesses that the Prosecutor intends to call in proof of the guilt of the accused and in rebuttal of any defence plea of which the Prosecutor has received notice under Rule 67(A)(ii);

NOTING the Status Conference held today, 28 July 2000, pursuant to Rule 65 bis;

NOTING the indications made on behalf of the Prosecutor at the Status Conference that:

(i) although certain redactions had been made to the materials supporting the indictment made available to the accused pursuant to Rule 66(A)(i), the Prosecutor would be in a position to make the redacted names and identifying material known to the defence for Milorad Krnojelac ("Krnojelac"); and

(ii) the Prosecutor would be in a position to comply with its obligations under Rule 67(A)(i) within fourteen days;

HEREBY ORDER THAT:

By 4 pm on Monday 14 August 2000, the Office of the Prosecutor shall notify the defence for Krnojelac of:

1. the names of witnesses and any other material which had been redacted from the materials which have already been made available to the accused pursuant to Rule 66(A)(i); and

2. the names of witnesses that the Prosecutor intends to call in proof of the guilt of the accused and in rebuttal of any defence plea of which the Prosecutor has received notice under Rule 67(A)(ii).
