THIS TRIAL CHAMBER of the International Criminal Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991,

NOTING the "Order for the Medical Examination of the Accused Milorad Krnojelac" of 26 January 2001 ("Order"), in which the prosecution is directed to nominate an expert of their own for the purposes of the medical examination, preferably one who is from the former Yugoslavia and speaks the language of the accused, and to communicate his or her name directly to the Registrar and Defence;

NOTING the "Prosecution’s Notification of its Medical Expert for Psychological Examination of the Accused" of 1 February 2001 ("Notification"), in which Professor Doctor Vera Folnegovic-Smalc, a psychiatrist, is nominated as the prosecution expert for the medical examination;

HEREBY CONFIRMS the direction and request to the Registrar in the Order to entrust to Ms Ana Najman and to Professor Doctor Vera Folnegovic-Smalc the examination of the accused sought, and to make all necessary arrangements for the said medical examination;
