THIS TRIAL CHAMBER of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("International Tribunal"),
NOTING the Defence Reply to Prosecutors Response to Defence Preliminary Motion on the Form of the Indictment ("Defence Reply"), filed out of time on 10 February 1999,
CONSIDERING that paragraphs 12 and 23 of the Defence Reply raise new issues to which the Prosecutor should be afforded the opportunity to reply,
NOTING the Status Conference that was held at 15:30 on 12 February 1999 where both the late filing of the Defence Response and the raising of the new issues in the Defence response were discussed,
CONSIDERING the need to ensure a fair and expeditious trial,
PURSUANT TO Rules 54 and 127 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the International Tribunal,
HEREBY ORDERS as follows:
