This Trial Chamber of the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia,

NOTING the Defence Request for the Examination of the Medical Expert Witnesses Dr. Yvan de Grave and Dr. Dusan Dunjic of 30 October 2000, in which the Defence for the accused Zoran Vukovic request that both medical experts be called to testify in court;

HEREBY REVISES ALL PREVIOUS SCHEDULING ORDERS MADE FOR CLOSING

BRIEFS AND ARGUMENTS

AND

ORDERS AS FOLLOWS:

  1. The Trial Chamber shall hear the evidence of Dr. de Grave and Dr. Dunjic on Friday, 10 November 2000, 09.30 a.m.

  2. The Registry is requested to obtain a full curriculum vitae in English from Dr. de Grave, setting out his professional education and experience, before 8 November 2000, 04.00 p.m., and to transmit copies to the Prosecutor, the Defence and the Trial Chamber.

  3. The Prosecutor shall file her closing brief on or before 8 November 2000, 04.00 p.m.

  4. The Defence shall file its closing brief on or before 15 November 2000, 04.00 p.m.

  5. Both parties will be granted leave to make oral submissions on the evidence presented by the medical experts on 10 November 2000 during their closing arguments, and need not address the issue in their closing briefs.

  6. Closing arguments will be heard on 20, 21 and 22 November 2000. The Prosecutor shall present her closing arguments on 20 November 2000. The Defence shall present its arguments on 21 and 22 November 2000, or as soon as the Prosecutor has rested.
