I, Gabrielle Kirk McDonald, President of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("International Tribunal"),

HAVING CONSULTED the Judges of the International Tribunal,

NOTING the transfer today of the accused, Dragoljub Kunarac, to the International Tribunal,

CONSIDERING Article 14(3) of the Statute of the International Tribunal and Rule 62 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the International Tribunal,

CONSIDERING the interest of the proper and expeditious administration of justice and the equitable distribution among the Trial Chambers of the International Tribunal,

HEREBY DECIDE to assign Case Number IT-96-23-I, The Prosecutor v. Dragoljub Kunarac, to Trial Chamber II, composed of Judge Antonio Cassese (Presiding), Judge Richard George May and Judge Florence Ndepele Mwachande Mumba,
