I, Florence Mumba, Vice-President of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("International Tribunal"),

ACTING pursuant to Rule 21 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the International Tribunal ("Rules"),

NOTING the transfer of Zoran Vukovic ("accused") to the seat of the International Tribunal on 24 December 1999,

CONSIDERING that the amended indictment against Zoran Vukovic was confirmed on 7 October 1999 by Judge Rafael Nieto-Navia,

CONSIDERING that pursuant to sub-Rule 15(E) the holding of an initial appearance under Rule 62 of the Rules is a routine matter,

PURSUANT to Rules 15, 21 and 62 of the Rules,

HEREBY DECIDE to assign the case relating to the Accused to Trial Chamber II, composed of:

Judge Antonio Cassese (Presiding)

Judge Florence Mumba

Judge David Hunt

AND FURTHER ORDERS that Judge Florence Mumba, may sitting alone under Rule 62 of the Rules, hold an initial appearance for the Accused.
