I, Judge David Hunt, Pre-Appeal Judge,

NOTING that the Appeals Chamber is seised of notices of appeals filed by Miroslav Kvocka on 13 November 2001, by Mlado Radic and Dragoljub Prcac on 15 November 2001 and by Milojica Kos and Zoran Zigic on 16 November 2001 from the Judgement of Trial Chamber 1, dated the 2 November 2001, in the case of Prosecutor v.  Miroslav Kvocka, Milojica Kos, Mlado Radic, Zoran Zigic, Dragoljub Prcac;

NOTING that sub-Rule 65bis(B) of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the International Tribunal ("the Rules") requires "[t]he Appeals Chamber or an Appeals Chamber Judge" to "convene a status conference, within one hundred and twenty days of the filing of a notice of appeal and thereafter within one hundred and twenty days after the last status conference, to allow any person in custody pending appeal the opportunity to raise issues in relation thereto, including the mental and physical condition of that person";

CONSIDERING that Miroslav Kvocka, Mlado Radic, Dragoljub Prcac, Milojica Kos and Zoran Zigic are currently in detention at the United Nations Detention Unit in The Hague pending the hearing of the appeal;

PURSUANT to sub-Rule 65bis(B) of the Rules;

HEREBY ORDER that a Status Conference shall be held before me on Friday, 8 March 2002 at 14.00 p.m.
