THIS TRIAL CHAMBER of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("International Tribunal"),

HAVING HEARD the parties at a status conference held on 27 September 1999, inter alia, as to the issue of disclosure of records of interviews with individual accused in this case to counsel for other co-accused,

AND WITH THE AGREEMENT OF THE PARTIES

PURSUANT TO Rules 54 and 75 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the International Tribunal ("the Rules"),

HEREBY ORDERS as follows:

  1. individual accused, their counsel and representatives, and all persons to whom such records of interview are disclosed by the Office of the Prosecutor ("Prosecution") shall not disclose such records or provide copies thereof to the public, including witnesses, defence counsel or co-accused in this or other cases, or to the media;
  2. all records of interviews so disclosed shall be returned to the Prosecution as soon as they are no longer required for the preparation and presentation of the case.
