THIS TRIAL CHAMBER of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("International Tribunal"),

HAVING ISSUED its "Decision on Momcilo Gruban’s Preliminary Motion on the Form of the Indictment" on 4 April 2003,

NOTING that the Decision refers to the specific role the accused played as a shift commander within the Keraterm camp and that the related Schedules C, D and F to the indictment inform him of the acts he committed as an accomplice and as a participant within the joint criminal enterprise,

NOTING that the Decision should have referred to the role the accused played as a shift commander within the Omarska camp and that the related Schedules A, B and E to the indictment inform him of the acts he committed as an accomplice and as a participant within the joint criminal enterprise,

HEREBY CORRECTS THE DECISON by confirming that the reference in the Decision to Keraterm camp be replaced by Omarska camp and the reference to Schedules C, D and F be replaced by Schedules A, B and E to the indictment,
