HAVING CONSIDERED the request of certain officials of the media,

PURSUANT TO Rule 81 (D) of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the International Tribunal,

HEREBY ORDER that, subject to any further order of the Trial Chamber, the audio-visual record of the proceedings in this matter, as provided by the Registry of the International Tribunal, may be released to the media.
