I, THEODOR MERON, President of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia Since 1991,

NOTING the "Prosecution’s Appeal Brief," filed on 13 July 2004;

NOTING the Trial Chamber’s certification of this appeal, granted on 6 July 2004;

CONSIDERING the composition of the Appeals Chamber of the Tribunal as set out in Document IT/222, issued on 17 November 2003;

CONSIDERING Articles 12(3) and 14(3) of the Statute of the Tribunal;

HEREBY ORDER that in Case No. IT-02-65-AR73.1, The Prosecutor v. Zeljko Mejakic, Momcilo Gruban, Dusan Fustar and Dusko Knezevic, the Appeals Chamber shall, with immediate effect, be composed as follows:
