THIS TRIAL CHAMBER of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("the International Tribunal"),

BEING SEISED of a "Dusko Knezevicís Motion for Extension of Time" filed on 29 July 2004 by the defence for the accused Dusko Knezevic ("Defence") seeking an extension of time for filing a request for certification of appeal ("Motion") from the "Decision on Dusko Knezevicís Request Pursuant to Rule 81 (D)" issued on 28 July 2004 ("Decision"),
