I, Judge ODIO-BENITO, Judge of the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia ("the Tribunal"),

PURSUANT to Articles 18 and 19 of the Statute of the Tribunal and Rules 47, 52, 53, 55 and 59 bis of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence,

HAVING RECEIVED from the Prosecutor an indictment for review,

HAVING HEARD the Prosecutor, pursuant to Rule 47(D),

HAVING CONSIDERED the "additional material" in support of the counts of the indictment presented by the Prosecutor pursuant to Rule 47 (D), namely the sworn declaration of Robert William Reid, investigator in the Office of the Prosecutor,

CONSIDERING, on the basis of all the material submitted by the Prosecutor, that a prima facie case has been established by the Prosecutor that the accused committed the crimes with which they are charged in the indictment,

FOR THESE REASONS,

CONFIRM each and every count of the indictment submitted in this case,

ISSUE warrants for the arrest of all of the accused,

ORDER that copies of the arrest warrants be transmitted, pursuant to Rule 59 bis, to the Prosecutor and to the international Stabilization Force (S-FOR),

FURTHER ORDER, pursuant to Rules 52 and 53, that the arrest warrants not be transmitted to the national authorities of Bosnia and Herzegovina until they are served on all the accused, or until further order,

AND FURTHER ORDER, pursuant to Rules 52 and 53(B), that there be no public disclosure of the indictment, supporting materials or arrest warrants until further order.
