THE APPEALS CHAMBER of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("Tribunal"),
NOTING the Appeals Chamber Decision of 22 April 1998 granting the Application for Leave to Appeal by the Prosecution,
HAVING deliberated and reached a Decision to allow the appeal,
NOTING that the trial is scheduled to commence on 6 July 1998,
CONSIDERING the importance of giving timely notice to the parties of the Decision reached,
CONSIDERING Rule 116 bis of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the Tribunal ("Rules"),
HEREBY ALLOWS the appeal, and ORDERS that, pursuant to Rule 50, the Trial Chamber shall grant leave to amend the Indictment,
